My last Doctor checkup was good, and Doc said what did I do, keep it up. My Cholesterol dropped significantly. We just started using Flax seed also, it helps too. I must say I am feeling better since using this product. Received quickly and product dated way ahead. Packaged very well and all individually wrapped then boxed in bubble wrap.
