I've been taking one teaspoonful daily for a little over three years now, and to say that I've seen and felt the benefits of this stuff would be an understatement; however, I will say that this is not one of those 'quick fix' type of products that you will notice results from in a matter of days (or even weeks). In all honesty it took about 12 weeks before I started to really notice significant improvements in my overall health that, having changed nothing else whatsoever about my lifestyle habits, I knew could 100% be attributed to this oil.
