I took it throughout my pregnancy and got no stretch marks. I am a clinical nutritionist and know the importance of healthy fats in your diet and this stuff is very high quality. It also lasts a long time if you get the 270 capsule bottle. I see a holistic doc who does muscle testing and tests tons of products for quality and toxicity. This tested really strong - and he was surprised. I just love it and recommend it to anyone. I don't take a whole lot of supplements but this one is critical to my health and that of my baby boy who is super healthy and growing so fast just on breast milk!
