I am very happy with the results that I have had thus far. My doctor recommended this to me because of my high cholesterol. He said he and his wife both take it. He recommended that I take 1 a day as opposed to the 2 a day that is recommended. My last cholesterol readings were exceptional! My cholesterol has gone down trememdously. My most recent total cholesterol reading was 185, which is way below the 230 from previous readings. My good cholesterol has always been good but is even better now, and my bad cholesterol has improved dramtically.
