But when a product is really good or really bad, I just have to let people know. I've tried 3 different krill oil products. My doctor told me, "maybe krill won't work for you, we need to talk about your prescription options." That was the final straw. I went home and spent the next 2 days researching krill oil. Unfortunately, you almost have to be a chemist to understand the difference between one krill oil product and another. But I found the "Rag-Tag Research Geeks" at a site called aProvenYou.com. There I downloaded this video, which points out that it is the phospholipid content that makes krill oil more effective than fish oil, and supplements that have little or no phospholipids on the label are really no better than fish oil.
